From first conversation to launch

Discovery
We document the business goal, audience, available material, and technical constraints.
This stage determines whether the work calls for a website, an admin panel, CRM development, a chatbot, or a combined scope.
Scope
Pages, features, priorities, responsibilities, and review criteria are written down.
The build begins after both sides understand what the project includes.
Design
We establish the interface, component rules, and a CSS design system when the project needs one.
If the brand identity still needs definition, that work is resolved before interface production moves ahead.
Development
We implement the approved interface and connect the required panels, CRM functions, or messaging tools.
Web and mobile surfaces follow the same agreed system when both are in scope.
Quality review
We review mobile behavior, performance, core accessibility requirements, and technical SEO.
Primary actions such as contact, quote, and booking flows are tested from start to finish.
Launch
The approved release goes live with the agreed support period and content handoff.
Later additions enter a separate scope so ownership, timing, and cost can be reviewed on their own.
