ServisApp

One school journey, everyone connected

ServisApp connects parents, drivers and school transportation teams. Parents follow their child’s trip status while crews manage the day’s journeys, supported by mobile applications and web administration.

Actual ServisApp parent, daily-plan and driver-trip interfaces with example student and journey data.

Who it is for

For school-transport families, drivers and operations teams. Parents follow a child's daily plan while crew members work with stops, expected students and the progress of the current trip.

How it works

  1. Parents see the daily plan

Morning and afternoon plans appear together. The home screen connects to the active journey, with the child's onboard status and available trip information in one place.

  2. Communicate a change

A parent can select a trip the child will not use that day. Daily delivery and address requests stay associated with the plan, with distinct actions for each kind of change.

  3. Crew records each stop

The driver follows the trip, next stop and expected student. Boarding, no-show and delivery actions are associated with the student, keeping the current trip state available to the crew.

Why it matters

Parents, drivers and administrators need different information about the same school journey. Trip details need to stay connected as responsibility moves between them.

How it helps

The parent app puts the child’s trip status first. The crew app presents daily trips and the current journey. Web administration supports the wider transportation operation.
