What we built
- Plain sales panel that moves step by step.
- WhatsApp and Instagram bots linked — booking opens a card automatically.
- Card shows channel, time, free/busy state, notes, and chat summary.
- Who is coming today, who cancelled, what is still open — readable on the panel.
How it works
- 01Bot books a free hour → card appears, even if you are not on the phone.
- 02You move the card, add notes; channel summary stays on the same customer.
- 03Cancel frees the hour and updates the panel.
- 04Two bots talk in different places; CRM keeps one list.
While bots handle chat, the panel holds appointments, customers, and reminders in one place.
