Chicago's mid-size manufacturers and distributors tend to have a working ERP and a ten-year-old website. A salesperson receives the quote request by email, retypes it, and learns three days later that the drawing was never attached.
The quote request is the product page
The form asks for what quoting actually needs: part number or family, quantity, material, a drawing upload and a delivery date. The request lands in a panel with a status, an owner and a reply deadline. The buyer gets a reference number instead of silence. Wholesale Cabinet Creations, a project in our portfolio, was built around direct quote requests from US trade buyers.
Sitting next to the ERP
We do not propose replacing the ERP. The portal reads from an export your team already produces, such as a CSV or a database view, shows a dealer their own price list and order status, and writes new requests back as a file or an API call. Much of the early work is finding out what the ERP can export, and we do that first.
Voice tools and Illinois law
Illinois' Biometric Information Privacy Act counts voiceprints as biometric identifiers, with consent and retention duties attached. Turning speech into a command is a different job from identifying who is speaking, and at scoping we keep the two apart. Industrial Voice AI, one of our products, turns spoken instructions into validated machine commands.
Central time
Eight hours separate us in summer, nine in winter. Calls fit between 8 and 10 a.m. Central, which is late afternoon for us. Questions you post in the evening are usually answered by the time your shift starts.

Frequently asked questions
Can dealers see their own pricing?
Yes. A logged-in dealer sees their own price list, order history and status. The prices come from your system. We do not invent a pricing model.
Do we have to replace the ERP?
No. The portal sits beside it and exchanges data through whatever the ERP can export or accept.
Who updates products after launch?
Your team, through the admin panel we hand over with the site. Repository and hosting access are yours too.
