A Miami company's customers are often in Bogotá, Mexico City or São Paulo, and they message on WhatsApp. The buyer who finds you on Google may read English at work and Spanish at home. The site has to handle both without looking like it was run through a translator.

Two languages, two sets of pages

We write the English and the Spanish copy independently and give each language its own address, with the links between them that tell Google which version is for whom. A Colombian buyer and a Cuban-American buyer do not use the same words for the same thing, so the Spanish gets a native reviewer, not a dictionary.

WhatsApp is the sales channel

For export and trade customers abroad, the first contact is often a WhatsApp message with a photo. Our WhatsApp assistant answers from confirmed price and service information, checks availability and hands the conversation to a person with the history attached. Staff see it in the same panel as web enquiries.

Property and hospitality showcases

Brickell towers and Miami Beach hotels sell on images, floor plans and a private viewing request, in that order. Altitude Residences is a luxury property platform in our portfolio built around design, floor plans and viewing requests, and Casa Aurelia Roma is a bilingual hospitality showcase for suites and concierge services. The structure carries over to a Miami building or boutique hotel.

Eastern Time

The clock is New York's: seven hours behind Istanbul in summer, eight in winter. The shared window runs from about 9 to 11 a.m.

Frequently asked questions

Can one site serve English and Spanish customers?

Yes, with two sets of pages that each carry their own copy, titles and links, so a Spanish search lands on the Spanish page.

Can the WhatsApp assistant reply in Spanish?

It answers in the language the customer writes in, from information you have confirmed in both languages. Anything else goes to a person.

Do you build property listing pages?

We build showcase pages with floor plans, gallery and viewing requests. Feeds from a listing system are scoped separately.

Tell us what you need built.

Write the business, the market you sell to and what a visitor should be able to do. We reply with the questions that settle scope.
