A second engineering pod for Bay Area teams.
We take defined pieces of the roadmap and own them until they ship, in your repository, with pull requests your engineers can review.

Bay Area founders rarely run short of ideas. They run short of hands for the third and fourth item on the roadmap: the admin panel, the mobile client, the agent that clears support tickets while the core team ships. We take pieces like these from Türkiye and work the way a remote contractor should, in small steps and in writing.
Pacific time is the hard case
Ten hours separate San Francisco from Istanbul in summer, eleven in winter. There is no comfortable shared hour. At 7 a.m. Pacific it is 5 or 6 p.m. for us, and that is the one window both sides can do. So we work asynchronously on purpose: written specs, small pull requests, and at the end of each day a staging link or a short recording of what changed. One live call a week covers the decisions that are slow to type.
If your team already works this way with contractors in Europe or India, it will feel familiar. If you depend on hallway questions, tell us early, because that changes which pieces we should take.
Pieces that travel well
Work with a clear boundary suits the distance: a customer-facing web app in Next.js and TypeScript, an internal admin and reporting panel, a mobile client for an API that already exists, an agent that reads a ticket queue and drafts replies for a person to approve. Open-ended product discovery sits worse across ten time zones. We would say so before taking it.
What we have shipped for ourselves
We run ten products of our own. Rehabilty audits a code repository and proposes repairs it has first verified in a sandbox. Ahi AI books appointments over WhatsApp and keeps the customer record. METEK ATLAS finds businesses worth contacting. Each has screens in the catalogue, so you can judge the engineering before anyone books a call.
California privacy law, handled in the product
The CCPA and CPRA put duties on the product itself: the opt-out of sale or sharing, access and deletion requests, and what third-party scripts load before consent. We build those controls into the app. Whether your company is covered is a question for your counsel. Tell us the answer and we build to it.

How a project runs
From first conversation to launch
Discovery
We document the business goal, audience, available material, and technical constraints.
Scope
Pages, features, priorities, responsibilities, and review criteria are written down.
Design
We establish the interface, component rules, and a CSS design system when the project needs one.
Development
We implement the approved interface and connect the required panels, CRM functions, or messaging tools.
Quality review
We review mobile behavior, performance, core accessibility requirements, and technical SEO.
Launch
The approved release goes live with the agreed support period and content handoff.
Technology used in this work
- TypeScript and Node.js execution runtime
- Containerized sandbox isolation
- Playwright integration and browser regression suites
- Modern AST parsers and static analyzer tooling
- CSS Custom Properties
- Design Tokens
Frequently asked questions
Do you work inside our repo, CI and review process?
Yes. We use your repository, your branch rules and your reviewers. Every change arrives as a small pull request with a description a reviewer can follow without a call.
What do you decline?
Discovery with no defined first release, and work where nobody on your side can answer questions during the week. Both go badly across this many hours.
When do calls happen?
Usually between 7 and 9 a.m. Pacific, which is early evening in Istanbul. Most weeks one call is enough.
