In Los Angeles a customer's first message to a salon, a studio or a clothing label is more likely to be an Instagram DM or a text than a form submission. The website still matters, because that is where the booking or the order finishes. It has to pick up cleanly from the conversation that started it.
Where the conversation actually starts
Our Instagram Direct assistant answers service and price questions from facts the business has confirmed, checks calendar openings and logs the booking in a shared panel. The WhatsApp version does the same for customers who message there. Staff see both channels, the customer's history and each other's notes in one place.
Anything outside the confirmed facts goes to a person. Before it talks to a customer, we test the assistant against the questions your front desk answers most.
English and Spanish, written twice
Many Los Angeles businesses serve both languages. A page that reads like a translation loses the booking, so we write each language separately and set up the routes so Google serves the right one to the right person.
Imports, wholesale and the port
The Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach form the busiest container complex in the country, and the importers, wholesalers and freight brokers around them often run on email threads and spreadsheets. A quote form that captures container type, destination and dates, feeding a panel where sales sees the status, removes a day of back and forth per request.
Mornings for calls
Ten hours separate us in summer, eleven in winter. In practice you send a note in the afternoon and find progress in your inbox the next morning. For a call, 7 to 9 a.m. Pacific works on both ends.

Frequently asked questions
Will the assistant say something wrong to a customer?
It answers only from services, prices and hours your business has confirmed, and hands everything else to a person. Before launch we run it against real questions from your inbox and fix what it gets wrong.
Can WhatsApp, Instagram and web enquiries land in one place?
Yes. That is what the sales and appointment panel does: one list of conversations and bookings, with notes and history, whichever channel the customer used.
Is this only for large companies?
No. Our own booking assistant, Ahi AI, is built for appointment-based small businesses, and the same parts work for a single studio.
